Bio

My name is Traci Kellogg.  I teach Special Education in a K-2 self-contained classroom.  I am currently in my 15th year of teaching.  I began teaching in 2006 and have taught at Jonesboro Elementary School for my entire career.  I have taught inclusion special education for 8 years and I have taught self-contained for the last 7 years.  

 

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University in 2005.  I earned a Master’s of Education in Collaborative Education - K-6 from The University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2009.  I earned an Educational Specialist degree in Collaborative Education K-12 in 2013 from The University of Alabama.  However, I am an Auburn Tiger for LIFE!  WAR EAGLE!!!!!!!!  I am currently pursuing a Psychometry Certification add on to my certification from The University of Alabama at Birmingham.  I will complete my certification program in December 2020.

 

I am a dog mom.  I have a 13 year old dog named Gizmo.  He is my baby.  I also have 2 nephews (18 and 9) and a niece (1 1/2).  They are the loves of my life.
