Jonesboro blew away the competition at the Essay/Oratory Contest. We took 1st thru 3rd place in K-2nd competition and 1st thru 3rd place in 3rd - 5th competition and 1st place in 6th thru 8th competition. In the picture you will see all the participants except Ashlyn Woods and Demetrius Davis. Pictured is Sha'Miah McGruder 3rd place in K-2nd competition, Michah Fulller 1st place, Cachel Griffin 2nd place and Kierra Varner 3rd place in 3rd-5th competition. Victoria Sander won 1st place in the 6th thru 8th grade competition. The main picture on the front page is a photo of the winners and the photo album has all of the participants. All of our students did a great job and we are very proud of them. Some of the winners were able to perform in the Black History Program. Additional pictures of the program are also in the photo album.
